12.11.10

11 games this night, and we'll go through the best two of 'em.

Lakers @ Bulls: Chicago snaps an eight-game losing streak against the Kobe's Lakers, behind a very solid Derrick Rose (29 points and 9 assists). But for the first half, the Lakers seemed to be cruising, and the - last ? - comeback of Phil Jackson in the wind city was, during the first 19 minutes, a complete success: 30-20 for the visitors. Then, Korver off the bench and Luol Deng started a huge effort, and the Bulls came back to the locker room with a four-point advantage (36-32). Kobe scored only 6 points during the first half, but finished with 23 - he added 7 assists and 5 rebounds. Boozer and Rose led the charge to a great win, which simply confirms the great shape of the Bulls.

final score: 84-88

Orlando @ Utah: Orlando has now lost 4 in a row, with a tough loss against the Jazz. Where the hell is the Magic's defense ? How Dwight Howard, who will be elected as the defensive player of the year once again, cannot survive in a game like that ? The Jazz is an excellent team, with an excellent spirit, but they do not have any valuable centers. Howard finished with 14 points and 12 boards. On the other side, the spotlights are focused on D-Will's 32 points and 9 assists, CJ Miles' 26 points and Paul Millsap's 24 points.

final score: 105-117

the stat:
